Social Awareness Concerned Forum (SAC) was established in Banke district of Nepal on 1995 aiming to work with children, women , youth and marginalized groups for their better future with actively participation with them . Organization has been working continually with the right holders from the beginning to the till the date with the partnership of different donor agencies, INGOs, Government agencies it its working theme. Most of girls have early child marriage in Banke after that all girls are dropping-out their regular school as well as dowry, sexual abuse and exploitation in their peer group in public sphere at district scenario. Besides girls, boys also are limited in their notions of gender roles and lack the understanding of why gender discrimination against girls and women affect their lives. By accepting the lower status given to their female counterparts, boys also accept the stereotypes that can make it difficult for them to express themselves and confine themselves to a role that stifles sensitivity and creativity. Choose a future program addresses the vital issues related to the adolescents such as conflicts, domestic violence, gender inequality, child marriage and sexual behaviors. This will be helpful in utilizing the enormous potentials of the youths in the construction of a just society.

SAC Nepal in working actively to support and address those issues from its inception. SAC Nepal is capacitating likeminded organizations and empowered girls and women to claim their rights from concerned local bodies and organizations. I would like to thanks all stakeholders and government officials for supporting or jointly working together on the social issues of children and women.
